BOUNCE FEST!

Terms of service

Effective September 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Bounce Fest! - Physics Puzzle, its public and test builds, websites, support, and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Ben Hertzel Fadlon under the developer name Benfad. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and families

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. A higher minimum age applies where required by the law where you live. Children under 13 may not use the Service. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing a child's access to the Service and device or store purchasing controls. The game does not ask players for their age.

Accepting these Terms does not grant permission for advertising tracking or personalized ads. Those choices are handled separately as explained in the Privacy Policy. The minimum age in these Terms does not replace any parental authorization or privacy consent required by applicable law.

2. Limited permission to play

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store that supplied it. You do not acquire ownership of the game, its code, artwork, characters, audio, levels, trademarks, or other content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Service and test-build changes

The Service may change as the game is developed. Test builds may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, reset progress, or become unavailable. Levels, physics, rewards, virtual items, features, and availability may change. Please back up anything you independently send to support; game progress stored locally may be lost when data is cleared or the app is removed.

5. Virtual items and purchases

The game may include virtual coins, lives, balls, boosters, cosmetics, or other virtual items. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are licensed rather than sold. The production iOS app can offer in-app purchases. The localized price and contents are shown before confirmation, payment is handled by Apple's App Store, and refunds follow the store's rules and mandatory consumer law. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored from the game's Settings page. Consumable coins are not restored as a balance.

6. Advertising

The production iOS app may display optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads at natural level boundaries starting at Level 15. Rewarded ads are initiated by the player for the reward shown in the game. The Remove Ads purchase suppresses interstitials but does not remove optional rewarded ads. Development builds use Google-provided sample ads. A promised in-game reward is granted only after the game receives the required completion signal, subject to technical availability. The Privacy Policy explains the related data practices and service providers.

7. Feedback

If you voluntarily send ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use them to develop, improve, and support the Service without payment or obligation to implement them. You keep ownership of original material you submit.

8. Third-party services

The Service may rely on app stores, analytics, notifications, payment processors, or other third-party services. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, while remaining responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, respond to unlawful conduct, enforce these Terms, end a test, or discontinue the game. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free play, or preservation of local progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the Service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed agreement. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing rules

These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised through the contact below so we can try to resolve them informally. Any governing law or forum must remain subject to applicable mandatory local law.
